1] Emails and other inquiries sent to the Arborg Ice Dawgs website may contain personal information about the sender, such as: name, email address, phone number. Any information submitted is done so voluntarily as we do not require any info other than a way to contact you, however, any such info is used ONLY for the purpose of facilitating our (reply) communication with you in as direct and private a way as possible. No info is compiled into lists, sold or shared with anyone. It is only kept as a future reference should we need to contact you, and is maintained by the webmaster on a single computer in an offline email program. You may request at any time to view/access any information we have that is personally identifiable to you and upon request we will fully erase any and all related archived emails, contact or other information we may have on file.

2) Player attributes, statistics and photos are kept only for purposes of display on the website and/or any game programs or related official team media. You may view / access your personally identifiable information at any time as well as edit or delete it upon request.
